Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship's Meet & Greet - 7th of March.
Hey students!
The application period for Chalmers Students has now opened for applying to a master education.
Come join us for an After Work at Wijkanders on the 7th of March to find out more about the master programme at Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship.
Event Programme
- Mats Lundqvist, Director of Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship
- Martin Lackéus, Phd Technology Management and Economics, CORP-track
- Bowman Heiden, Co-Director, CIP Forum, Sahlgrenska Academy
- Karen Williams Middleton, Associate professor, Technology Management and Economics
Questions about the application process? - School manager Tomas Faxheden will be available for questions.
When choosing a master programme, many consider what kind of paths will be available going forward. What jobs do people land upon graduating with this Master’s degree?
- Isabella Palmgren from Mimbly will talk about her journey through the education from an alumni-perspective. She was a co-founder for the venture Mimbly, which was the only Swedish startup selected to IKEA Bootcamp last year. What is it like to be an alumni from this education? How are alumni involved in the education and what is it like to save the world through tech?
The education is divided into two parts: Entrepreneurial Management and Venture Creation.
From Entrepreneurial Management we bring you three students who will share their story:
- David Genelöv (Intellectual Capital Management, ICM) - Why should a Chalmers engineer choose ICM? What’s innovation management and how do you learn to navigate the matrix?
- Anna Crona and Julia Pohjanen (CORP) - Entrepreneurship is not only about starting companies, it is also about innovating inside big corporations - what’s it like being an intrapreneur?
From the Venture Creation side we present:
- Lisa Hanse (BIO/TECH) - What it’s like to do a project in the university incubator and build a startup from scratch? Lisa is a co-founder of Bioserva, who received the Bergendahl scholarship at Venture Pitch last year.
- Anton Bolmstedt Svanqvist (BIO/TECH) - Not all companies you start succeed immediately. What’s it like to fail and how do you succeed after failing? Not everyone is an entrepreneur today, but you can always become one.
All students will be available for questions and are ready to mingle. Come and hear more about what the education is actually about, meeting and greeting current students & faculty members. Food will be served and the event is free of charge and in English.
Can't wait to see you there!
